Refund & Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all luxury watches purchased from Viremont & Co.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  • Return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Final-sale items, customized items, and gift cards are not eligible.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@viremontco.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. You will receive return instructions and a return address within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back using a tracked service. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected (within 3-5 business days of arrival), we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Banks may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including return shipping.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
