Refund & Returns Policy
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all luxury watches purchased from Viremont & Co.
Eligibility
- Item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories.
- Return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Final-sale items, customized items, and gift cards are not eligible.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@viremontco.com with your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive return instructions and a return address within 2 business days.
- Ship the item back using a tracked service. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected (within 3-5 business days of arrival), we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Banks may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including return shipping.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
