Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping on all orders. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee (typically €4.95-€5.95 depending on destination).
Customs & Duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact support@viremontco.com. We will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
